Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & support internal property & franchise teams
  • Provide 360-degree support to all internal stakeholders in regards to acquiring distributors
  • Lead & mentor team members
  • Coordinate acquired distributors & provide operational support in distributor launch phase
  • Set & follow up on key acquisition goals and targets
  • Full ownership in reaching determined distributor acquisition goals

What Are We Looking For:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in complex business environment ideally focused on fast moving consumer goods
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience
  • Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment
  • High ownership to complete complex projects with multiple stakeholder setup
  • Proactive and initiative taker to achieve targeted goals in parallel to scheduled timeline
  • Strong project management skills to multi-task in between various projects
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Advanced use of MS Office Programs
