Franchise Relations Manager

What You’ll Do:
- You’ll visit the franchises regularly.
- You will provide the information flow of Getir with the franchises.
- There will be conflicts at times. It is necessary to stay calm and find solutions.
- While resolving disputes, you need to look after the happiness of both franchises and Getir.
- You should follow the solution plans by transferring the feedback you receive from the franchises to the relevant departments.
- You will manage the franchise relations team.
- You need to analyze and report on the problems of the franchises.
What We are Looking for:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in franchising and operation departments
- Bachelor’s degree from related departments
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Mastering the concept of franchise management and having previous experience with it
- Be open to out-of-town travel
- Hunger to learn and relearn
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
- Proactive and initiative taker to achieve targeted goals in parallel to scheduled timeline
- Passionate for working in dynamic start-up environment
