Being a superhero has its downsides too, you know... This is why we are hiring for our already-awesome Marketing team with the desire that we make it even more awesome. So that we can fight the enemies and get you that ice cream you crave for!
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to the development (and execution!😊) of marketing communications (from ATL to digital & social media) and partnership business plans.
- Build, maintain and question our brand guidelines to ensure their successful execution across all channels.
- Help maintain and manage our owned communication channels (social media, email, app, etc.) by working with our technology, product, and design teams.
- Keep up with marketing trends, position GetirYemek to stand out and always be a couple of steps ahead of everybody else.
- Execute GetirYemek’s promotional communication through our frequently used channels (notifications, e-mailing, etc.) by collaborating with the rest of the marketing team.
- Monitor GetirYemek’s performance in its primary target group, adjusting marketing activities based on always up-to-date data and performance results.
- Have fun and develop yourself.
What you need:
- Min. 2 years of experience in brand management, brand communication or any other relevant marketing role.
- Do not bring us your former company, bring us yourself. Experience is valuable, but “you” are more valuable.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with consumer-facing brands.
- Holistic approach towards the business dynamics and willingness to take ownership.
- “Analyze first, act second” mindset.
- A personality that rejects and questions established practices.
- Experience working with designers, creative agencies, media agencies, cross-functional teams and other 3rd party companies.
- Strong communication and influence skills. We mean it.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic and chaotic startup environment.
- Think about the customer first.
