What We are Looking for:
- To be at least a bachelor's degree.
- Having a minimum of 4 years of dealer management experience in at least one of the E-Commerce, FMCG, Retail or Food sectors.
- To be able to take fast action and produce permanent and technological solutions in dynamic business conditions.
- To be able to manage processes with numbers in order to increase efficiency.
- Being able to adapt to the busy work schedule and being open to out-of-town travel when necessary.
- Preferably to have blue collar personnel management experience.
- To have a command of MS-Office programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Coaching franchises in areas that affect the efficiency of yield warehouses and field operations.
- Ensuring that the standards determined by the center are established in the warehouses.
- To follow and meet the needs of dealers and warehouses for the complete operation of the operation.
