Franchise Development Manager

What You’ll Do:
- You will find the right candidates by evaluating the applications of the candidates franchises that meet the standards.
- You will manage the whole process from the first time a franchise candidate applies for a franchise until the day they start to work.
- You will prepare price offers and make deals.
- You will communicate continuously and effectively with other departments.
- You will communicate with existing franchises and evaluate their franchise requests and manage the process.
- You will manage the franchise development team.
What We are Looking for:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in franchising and sales departments
- Bachelor’s degree from related departments
- Fluency in English both writing and speaking
- Hunger to learn and relearn
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details
- Proactive and initiative taker to achieve targeted goals in parallel to scheduled timeline
- Passionate for working in dynamic start-up environment
