We are looking for an experienced “Product Marketing Manager (PMM)” that can help us scale our efforts in communication with customers. In this role, you'll develop and execute against short- and long-term go-to-market plans to identify user needs and improve user experience by working closely with both the product team, customer experience team and the marketing team.

The successful candidate must have a passion for storytelling and content-creation to fuel the acquisition, engagement, and retention of customers, and have a great product mindset and collaborative skills. You'll measure your performance against the success of growth-marketing strategies, as well as your ability to work effectively with others—from product management, engineering, and marketing—to achieve measurable results. You will both execute work individually as well as manage other professionals to deliver your results.

You will:

  • Work closely with the product management, marketing, customer experience and UX research teams to define and execute product management strategies catered to the target market.
  • Research the market to learn industry trends and competitive environment
  • Comprehend fully the needs and buying characteristics of customers, catch the significant customer insights and turn them into useful input for product management team
  • Make sure your internal customers and stakeholders are kept up to date with product news and create training and how-to materials when needed
  • Create product go-to-market plans for new launches, features and services by collaborating with product management teams for defining strong positioning statement for each service
  • Translate technical functionality into marketing contents with marketing communication teams
  • As the go-to-market leader, ensure that internal, customer-facing teams know how to best represent the technical benefits of the product
  • Present and prepare solid recommendations, information and reports and take stance on key product marketing strategies

Possible Match Making Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a “Product Marketing Manager”
  • A passion for high quality user experience and strong customer focus.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize
