GetirYemek Growth Manager

Every department at Getir has a growth-mentality. While having many eyes is great, it is also important that some eyes go into the minute details and see things that others don’t and suggest growth strategies that we haven’t thought about before. Thus, we are looking to add a Growth Manager to our dynamic Growth team. Here, you can help us grow, while learning a lot yourself, experiencing personal growth alongside GetirYemek’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Recognize and seize growth opportunities
  • Find and define growth corridors and opportunities to continue scaling GetirYemek
  • Use conventional means for growth
  • Use (more) unconventional means for growth
  • Take growth-related projects from infancy to adulthood
  • Know your customer
  • Disregard the existence of the box when finding solutions
  • Optimize customer journey with retention & engagement tools and actions
  • Manage campaigns while thinking about better campaigns.
  • Planning marketing strategy and modelling
  • Working hands-on with analytics and KPIs
  • Optimizing the different marketing channels to improve conversion rates, acquisition costs and customer lifetime value

Requirements

  • Excitement about everything related to growth, whether it’s GetirYemek’s growth, the GDP growth of Indonesia, or the literal growth of the nextdoor neighbors young child.
  • 5+ years of experience in segment/base/CRM management, consultancy or strategic planning
  • “Analyze first, act second” mindset
  • Understanding of growth hacking
  • Data driven work style and reasoning
  • Experience working with paid search, SEO, paid & organic is a PLUS
  • Enthusiasm for working in an imperfect dynamic startup environment
