More. Or in our local Turkish: “büyük.” It’s a remarkable word that describes our ambitions at Getir, and how we like to operate as an awesome people organization. More goals. More innovation. More creativity. More humans to join our team.
Our aspiration to address more people was the underlying reason behind GetirBüyük (a.k.a GetirMore), a startup within the Getir startup. GetirMore differentiates itself with more product selection, more competitive prices, and more coverage, ultimately allowing us to provide that Getir experience to more people throughout Turkey. GetirMore has expanded extensively, and will continue to do so. That expansion also requires that the GetirMore team operate relatively independently, at their own unique pace, overcoming the challenges they face while also coming up with new best practices that will be adopted throughout the company.
The GetirMore team has grown to the point where it seeks an awesome human to join the team and carry the marketing flag for the team, serving as its first Commercial Head, GetirBüyük. While others call suppliers as suppliers, we call them partners here at Getir. How we procure the best items from our partners is an essential part of our business model. By negotiating win-win deals so far, we have added valuable products to our app while also helping our partners grow.
