What You’ll Do:
- Act as the business owner for own category, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact GetirÇarşı business.
- Conducting market research and competition analysis to assess category’s position in the marketplace landscape
- Building and executing category strategy in line with consumer needs and trends
- Identify new opportunities, develop and execute category projects.
- Monitoring and improving the performance of category KPI’s to take actions in a proactive manner
- Turn in-depth analysis into category prices to ensure the best price positioning in line with targets
- Monitoring performance of commercial campaigns and drive initiatives to improve commercial performance.
- Working closely with Catalogue and Onboarding teams to seek out ways to improve productivity
What We are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Engineering, Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Min 4 years of experience in category management.
- Passionate for working in dynamic startup environment.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive and initiative taker.
- Hunger to learn and relearn.
